HAND SANITIZING SOLUTION (RECIPE)

Ok, since we just got over this NASTY flu, that stayed with us for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!
I just wanted to share this recipe with you all!

Remember WASH YOUR HAND, WASH YOUR HANDS, WASH YOUR HANDS! ... sorry, thought I was talking to my children! LOL!!!

Here is a homemade recipe for hand-sanitizing gel:


Hand Sanitizing Gel Recipe

1/4 cup aloe vera gel
1/4 cup grain alcohol
10 drops fragrance oil
1 drop food coloring

Combine ingredients and shake well. Store in a spray pump bottle to use.

Pay ATTENTION while driving.

*If this saves anyone life it is well worth it. Remember it is a privilege to drive and with it comes great responsibility!!!!

Yes, yes, I'm late!!

Yes, I know I'm SUPER late in updating how the T/G weekend went!!

The food was AWESOME!! but the company was incomparable!!

My niece Becky, nephew Jesse and I stayed up until midnight hooked on playing Dutch Blitz ... I'm addicted now, LOL!! (Thanks Becky!!)

Then the next morning we all headed over to the HSWP ... all ten of us!
Yes, we were missing a couple of members but we took lots of pictures till my very handsome nephew (Jesse) ran out of BATTERIES!!!

We did take lots of family photos though! It was a wonderful time had by all!
It was Sam and Abby's first time there and they REALLY enjoyed it!

It was really fun and if you live in FL .... I recommend you going.

We saw the 48 yr old Hippo out of the water for the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was so neat to be that close to such a large creation!!!

Thank you Father in Heaven that I'm not a Hippo!!!!

I feel truly blessed everyone!!

I am so happy, I'm going to have our whole family over for Thanksgiving dinner!!

We are thrilled to have so many blessings joining us and honoring us with their presence!

May the Lord bless us everyday, but please Lord, if it be Your will .... allow everyone to have a great fellowship time and the food to be edible. (ROTFLOL!!)

EVIL BAD KIDNEY INFECTION

I was on 2 different anti-biotic through IV and on a constant saline/potassium drip. My potassium was dangerously low and no they didn't give me a bunch of bananas to eat (Cindy! lol)

I'll update more later.

I'm so tired and so busy, not to mention still taking anti-biotic's for the next 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!

That I might delay in post some.
Please be patient, but I wanted to let everyone know what was up with me!

update on me and my infection ~ oy` vey!!

Ok so I just got back from the ER a while ago and GUESS WHAT!!!???!!!

Yes, I have a Kidney Infection and bad one too. The doc said I had waaaaaaaaaaaaay too many white blood cells in my urine so that is not a good sign and he also shared with me that if I would have waited another day or two, we would be talking sepsis!!

That's NEVER a good thing eh~!

Thanks to my wonderful husband, awesome SIL, beautiful niece, selfless MIL and a wouldn't-trade-for-anything-in-the-world-friend = KIMMIE~~!!


For helping me through this day~!

The nurse gave me a shot of some kind of antibiotic, because quite frankly the doctor INSISTED, I declined the pain killer shot, and sent me on my way with a VERY expensive antibiotic ($140.00 for 10 pills!!!!!!!!!!!!!) call "Levaquin" supposedly the strongest antibiotic?

He (doc) said he didn't know how I made it this long but you know what ... I do!

Our God is an AWESOME God and HE preserved me and protect me.
"Psalms 34:7-8 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. "



Mind you ppl, the antibiotic shot hurt more than my kidney's did! and still does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was a wicked shot!!

Well I'm tired and I need to get some sleep ~

Phone/Children?

Ah yes, has anyone ever wondered why is it that your children don't seem to need you for a thing ... UNTIL ... you get on the phone?!?

All of a sudden it's "mommy this" or "mommy that: not that I mind but the irony can not be missed!!!

You'd think they some kind of pre-disposed phone-monitoring-alarm genetically implanted in them, by the way they know RIGHT when you get on that phone!!!

Ah, such is life and I love being a mom, even if my phone convo's last on a regular basis a total of 13 seconds before the inevitable words "sorry, I have to call you back" ... which never happens!

Then when you finally do get off the phone ... they settle and don't need you anymore!

ROTFLOL!!!
